Rex® Roller Bearings
|
Rex® roller bearings
represent 75 years of bearing technology and experience. Manufactured in
Downers Grove, IL, in a state of the art facility, the bearings are
untouched by human hands for the majority of the manufacturing process.
The roller bearing design allows the inner race to misalign freely in
any direction up to 1-1/2" from center, 5/16" per foot of
shaft length.
The rollers are aligned by the retainers and the outer races, so despite
misalignment the roller load is always equally distributed. This
prevents high edge load stress on the rollers, which in turn means that
it is not necessary to derate Rex Bearings for misalignment conditions. By
design, Rex Bearings accept both radial and thrust loads under static,
oscillatory, or dynamic conditions. The load is taken on the roller
raceways, not the roller ends. This means that when thrust loaded up to
their allowable limit, Rex® roller bearings do not exhibit roller end
wear.
Rex® roller bearings are available in multiple housing styles: pillow
blocks, flange blocks and take-ups and with a variety of seals

Rex® Duralon®
Bearings
| Duralon®
bearings are self-lubricating, with a woven Teflon® fabric liner,
backed by filament-wound fiberglass and epoxy resins, designed to
withstand the demanding loads and speeds of a wide variety
applications - from construction and coal mining equipment to
packaging and food processing. |
Link-Belt® Ball Bearings
Series
200 standard duty ball bearings provide a variety of application
arrangements for carrying shafts with radial or combination radial
and thrust loads. They are designed for general purposes, industrial
machinery, conveyors, chain and belt drives, fans and blowers, power
transmission, and many others.
Series 300 Heavy Duty Ball Bearings have heavy series precision
alignable ball bearings of deep groove construction with larger
balls and thicker rings for high capacity and longer life. The extra
inner ring width furnishes ultimate shaft and load support and
concentricity for high speed precision applications. |
Link-Belt® Collar Mounted Spherical Roller
Bearings

Series
B22400 Spherical Roller Bearing Units and Take-ups
Series
B22400 collar mounted spherical roller bearing units provide economic
and versatile arrangements for supporting shafts carrying substantial
radial or combination radial and thrust loads. These units are
especially adaptable for conveyors, elevators, general industrial
machinery, heavier duty fans and blowers, power transmission
applications, trenchers, pavers and other such applications. Series
B22400 units are easy to mount, sealed, prelubricated and do not require
bearing adjustment during mounting.
Series B22500
Spherical Roller Bearing Units
Series
B22500 double collar mounted spherical roller bearing units will support
shafts carrying substantial radial and thrust loads. These units are
adaptable for conveyors, elevators, general industrial machinery,
heavier duty fans and blowers, power transmission applications,
trenchers, pavers and other applications. They differ from the series
B22400 units in that they have two locking collars and the pillow blocks
have higher backing and longer bolt centers. Series B22500 units are
easy to mount, sealed, prelubricated and do not require bearing
adjustment during mounting.
Max Mount™
Series B22600 Spherical Roller Bearing Units
Series
B22600 adapter mounted spherical roller bearing units will support
shafts carrying substantial radial or combination radial and thrust
loads. These units are adaptable for conveyors, elevators, general
industrial machinery, heavier duty fans and blowers, power transmission
applications, trenchers, pavers, and other applications. They differ
from series B22400 & B22500 units in that they have a tapered
adapter mounting system. Series B22600 units are easy to mount, sealed,
prelubricated and do not require bearing adjustment during mounting.

Link-Belt® Cylindrical Bearings
|
Metric series
cylindrical roller bearings are manufactured to ABMA boundary
dimensions. These bearings require minimum space and provide maximum
rated capacity. Various configurations including separable inner or
outer ring combinations offer ample application flexibility.
-
Rings
of high quality bearing steel for strength, toughness and
durability
-
Micro
finished raceways assure smooth operations.
-
Exclusive
honed crown on roller profile for optimized raceway contact area
and high capacity.
-
Structural
design segmented retainer provides high strength, positive
roller spacing and guidance.
-
One-piece
formed steel retainer provides positive roller spacing and
controlled roller guidance.
-
Polymeric
retainer of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6/6 provides full
roller guidance, superior lubrication and reduced noise.

Adapter Mounted Spherical Roller
Bearings
| Self aligning spherical roller
bearing pillow blocks and take-ups provide high load carrying capacity
for radial or combination radial and thrust loads. They are designed
for use on conveyors, dryers, road building equipment, runout tables,
fans, crushers, hammer-mills and many other other high precision,
heavy-duty applications. Spherical roller bearings may be direct or
adapter mounted. Housings have provision for fixed or expansion
mounting. |
Sleeve Bearings
| Rigid sleeve bearing units provide
compact and reliable usage in applications where continuous operation
and uninterrupted service is required. Because the bearing material
wears gradually, sudden breakdowns are minimized. Sleeve bearings can
also operate extremely quietly. The standard bearing materials of
babbitt, bronze and cast iron will handle a wide variety of
applications such as on log decks, sewage treatment equipment,
furnaces and ovens, quiet operating fans and blowers, power plant
dampers and strokers, oscillating shaft applications and other general
conveying and power transmission machinery. |
